Personal training

We feel it is important to make sure that everyone has a good start and that we offer a helping hand. That is why periodic fitness coaching is included in all memberships. In most cases people can really benefit from even more guidance. For extra motivation or because of a lack of knowledge and/or experience to achieve good results by themselves. In these cases personal training can be the solution. 

Personal training means that a trainer will guide you during 1-on-1 sessions to determine and achieve your goals. Incredible added value of course. This expertise is not included in our memberships but Health Club Jordaan has partnerships with professional personal trainers that can help you. Is achieving your personal goals really important to you and are you prepared to invest time and money in yourself? Then personal training is for you!

All personal trainers are educated and certified but they all have their own specialization(s). You can choose the trainer that appeals to you the most.
