We too are fond of the busy streets of Amsterdam, but we also understand that we could all need to slow down and rest once in a while. That’s why we have a wide range of classes, facilities and coaching to help you wind down.

We offer three different types of yoga classes in our programme: yin yoga and Gentle Hatha Flow Yoga for when you need to relax and unwind completely and a vinyasa yoga class that combines relaxation and exertion seamlessly.

End your workout with a visit to our delightful spa and wellness. There you’ll find a sauna, turkish steam room and a pleasant relaxing area. This is the perfect way to unwind after an intensive workout.
