Are you looking for yoga in Amsterdam? This too is possible at Health Club Jordaan. No matter your age or background, everyone from beginner to advanced yogi’s are welcome in the stunning yoga studio which offers a view of our garden.

We offer three different yoga classes a week:

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced and in-depth form of yoga. By the long endurance of various positions Yin yoga focuses not only on your muscles, but also on conditioning the deeper tissue surrounding your joints. This makes Yin yoga the perfect class to give your body the deepest stretch possible and unwind those muscles.

VINYASA YOGA

With this dynamic and relaxing form of Yoga the movements are synchronised along with your breath. The positions (Asana’s) flow into each other seamlessly. The classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced Yogis. Vinyasa yoga is great for increasing concentration, flexibility, openness and balance in a relaxing way, which will eventually allow you to get to know yourself and your body even better.

GENTLE HATHA FLOW YOGA

With this dynamic and relaxing form of Yoga the movements are synchronised along with your breath. The positions (Asana’s) flow into each other seamlessly.
