Being physical active regularly is a big part of a healthy lifestyle. De trick is to find a way of movement which you like and which suits your body and situation. The beautiful thing of training in fitness are the endless varieties and possibilities. In my training the emphasis lies on the development of strength, but you will work on your endurance too. For me a good technique is really important and I will learn you all the functional movements.

I have more than 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and you could call me a fitness geek. There are not many things which make me happier than helping someone achieve their goals. Whether it’s a push-up, pull up, the heaviest deadlift ever or being and staying powerful and fit during and after pregnancy. I’m your biggest cheerleader;-).
Besides that, I will make sure I’m informed by the latest developments in the field of training, nutrition and coaching. So, I can provide you of up to date and no nonsense advise.
I like to spend my free time on my family, crossfit, Netflix, listening to podcasts and chitchat with friends.

 

Personal training: I will learn you all the ins and outs of training. What works best for your body? How do you achieve your goals? How do you cope with obstacles like stress, injuries, pain, old habits and beliefs about your own abilities?

Pre-postnatal fitness expert: everything you need to know about working out during and after pregnancy (years later a pregnancy and giving birth can still have an impact). A lot of attention goes to the pelvic floor muscles and recovering from diastasis. Many women get prolapse and/or incontinence after giving birth. You do not have to live the rest of your life with these health issues. I can help you, together with a great pelvic floor physiotherapist that I work with if needed.
